Obama was reelected because he pandered to the low information voter.

He also pandered to "identity groups"..... gays, trannies, women, Mexicans, blacks, etc. Dems encouraged voters to vote with their identity without regard to the candidates or the issues.

I agree. And the popular vote difference was 3 million, not 6 million. LA and NYC were the difference in the national popular vote.

There are many voters who voted for Trump for president and voted Democratic for one or more candidates downstream. The "6 million" popular vote thing in Senate races means little.

Forty-six of the electoral college votes President-elect Donald Trump won on his way to a resounding 306 to 232 electoral college victory over Democrat nominee Hillary Clinton came from three states where his combined margin of victory was only 108,600 votes.


Trump won Pennsylvania, with its 20 electoral college votes, by 68,236 votes, Wisconsin, with its 10 electoral college votes, by 27,257 votes, and Michigan, with its 16 electoral college votes, by 13,107 votes.
