Anyone still using Stratasearch for backtesting/strategy development?

Here is a new link to the statasearch version that I use, and the manual...I never had to enter any password or username when I installed it:

Thanks for providing the zippyshare.com links, but my anti-virus software will not allow me to download the files. It warns of malicious downloads.

The download link found at stockfetcher.com does work and the software, stratasearch_4_5_22, does load.

The question I have is, Is your 4_5_22 version and the stockfetch 4_5_22 version the same?
2.
Is it possible for you can compare the file sizes?
3.
Maybe one version is the free one and the other is not, or maybe they are the same.
Can you please check in your version under "Setup/System Setting/Subscription" and see if there is a place for a user name and a PW.

I'm not Steve, but;

The files are the same.

You probably use MalwareBytes, or something that uses MB under the hood. And it's probably a false positive. Here are the current VirusTotal results from a multitude of AV engines:

You could disable your AV if you think it's safe. Then you should be able to download it; and install it.

No, I prefer NinjaTrader. It works better and is easy to use.

zippyshare used to be ok years ago, now it is packed with multiple popups.
Even after trying 3 times, it never gave the download.

workupload or lilfile is far better.
