Anyone have positive results using Trade Ideas streaming alerts?

I change my settings partly because Trade-Ideas comes out with new filters and alerts that I try to incorporate. Sometimes I find that I have been trying to do something unsuccessfully and there was a filter that was there which I just did not use. I have continued to use the Range Contraction configurations as they have been very good to me. It is important to note that alerts alone are not going to solve anyone's problems. This tool is superb but does not replace strict money management rules that have to be applied.

I have been working on several new strategies that I am going to post once I test them more and feel more strongly that they are valid. They have to do with finding stocks as they are about to make new 52 week highs and lows.

I am adding this set up as one for those interested in shorting opportunities. I have been working on this one about 3 months and feel that it is now to the point where others might benefit.

Not necessarily, or even likely for liquid stocks. A 20K block print is meaningless for QQQQ. There may be significant value in knowing that 1.5M total shares printed in the last minute, and that this was a new 1-minute volume record for the day, or x% above the average 1-minute volume.

TI has 20k as the smallest block trade that they report. There are bigger one-minute spikes than 20k. See below:

The significance for me is that when I see like a 200k spike at 10am in a stock that does 500k avg daily volume, I take a closer look at the stock, could be something significant developing there like a volume breakout.
