All you need is squat, deadlift, bench press with free weights. Military press is good too. If you think you got what it takes, get into kettlebells. That stuff is no joke.
Push ups, pull ups & dips. Many degress of difficulty you can add to each by weights or by gymnastic difficulty. Like handstand knuckle push ups, planche, jacknife push ups. Many variation of pulls up also, but adding weights is the easiest way.
Abs are key. Situps and crunches are a waste of time. Learn how to do dragon flags, proper leg raises, ab wheel reps (no knees).
Diet is basic, there are verbiages from hundreds years ago about leaning out. Less starch and sugar, more protein & fibrous nutrient dense vegetables. It only gets complicated because of the commercialization of the food industry.
As for those idiotic detox pads, man that's just snake oil. Simply drinking mineral artesian water will alkaline you, there are PH strips you can test it by. There is a balance between acidic and alkaline, all protein is acidic. But too much food that was originally alkaline has been turned acidic. That's the problem.
Learn how to fast to detox, it has always been the best way. Juicefasting works wonders. Colon cleanse is a must. Liver cleanse, kidney cleanse and lymph node cleanses are relatively important.
Almost everything can be cleansed by proper fasting, just takes time. People have little idea about the difference between real starvation and simple hunger. Takes a while to transition your body into a state where it has to start eating itself. The process is quite different from what "experts" think happens. The problem is that storage fat is often so badly contaminated, the body has problems using it.
Physique, raw strength and real health do not have a lot of correllation. Genetics and race come into play a lot.
