Can we get an age and location of everyone in here please.. Just curious about the age group I'm working with so I can tailor make some articles/discussions for the appropriate age group. :)

Yes, I focus on the body articulations when I am working out, they are what gets injured, I try to judge the weight not by what a muscle can do but how the joint feels when working that much weight. {All this is not going to buy me much if I don't work out more often of course :) }

i played a little college hoops ( before getting thrown out over that 'fire alarm incident').....try as i might, i will NEVER have that burst ever again...On the other hand, i do workout occasionally with a guy who WAS the former Heavyweight champion of the world...He's 52 and is in better shape then most 22 year olds...he tried getting me to do his Ab work out once and i almost threw up!!!



BTW...41, 6"3 230lbs in Florida...I run a 4.4 40yard still ( minutes not seconds)

Tastes just like a milk shake with water.. :)

Most protein bars are filled with crappy proteins and high glycemic carbohydrates and usually dont meet label's suggested macronutrient breakdown.

imo, supplements are just like art, movies, books, food, etc.

90% are mediocre at best
5% are excellent
5% are bad for you

there are lots of very effective supplements : R-ala, creatine, fish oil, protein powder, acetyl-l-carnitine, melatonin, peptide bonded glutamine, fish oil, ephedrine, etc.

and far far far more ineffective ones.

also note that both HGH and Testosterone ARE available and perfectly legal in the US - with prescription, although no doctor is going to prescribe the high amounts that bbers use

Multi-vitamin
Udo's Choice Oil
r-ALA (200mg 15 minutes before every meal)
Various protein supplements
digestive enzymes
alkalize ph booster drops
BCAAs
Neurogenex (helps with brain function)
PureCEE

REmember, I train EXTREMELY hard, so I do need extra supplements than the average person.

As far as HGH and Testosterone is concerned.. You see, there are so many Underground Labs and chinese powder sources, it is almost a mood point to go to the doctor. With the emergence of Hygetrophin (a new type of HGH that is VERYYY effective), IGF-1, and PGF-2a and more recently PGCL. HGH is essentially a precursor to IGF-1, so, I think you'll continue to see a steep decline in HGH prices..



There are anti-aging clinics with doctors who will prescribe moderately higher doses of test depot and HGH.
