Any day now is today, Trumpers. Trump Indicted

She was not shot in the left shoulder. People who are shot in the shoulder do not die choking on their own blood. I saw the blood coming out of her mouth on the video. At least get that part straight.

You don't even read the articles you post?

Come on now.
How did Ashli Babbitt die of a "gunshot wound to the left anterior shoulder," as stated by Dr. Francisco Díaz, the medical examiner?

Former Combat Medical NCO at U.S. Army (2014–2020)2y
The same way death occurs with gunshots to any part of the body (sans CNS destruction), whether the chest, guts, or extremities like the arms and legs; hemorrhage. Hemorrhage is, in addition to being difficult to spell, when blood leaves the the body from an artery, vein, or capillary. In short, it is bleeding.

See, this is where I beg to differ.

I honestly think, he thought he won.

You guys call him crazy and delusional all the time.
Well ok then.... let's assume that, let's say you're right.

Then 1 plus 1 equals two.... and it is not a far reach to imagine him truly believing he won, based on the heretofore unheard of amount of votes that were tabulated. In all actuality, considering his underlying personality.... there is no friggin way he would not have responded like this.

Is delusionality a defense in Georgia? I have no idea. But I think an honest case can be made for the defense playing the card of "he really thought he won".

Honestly, I think he really did think that at the time. I'm 1000% sure he thought that. I really am.

Why are you ignoring the fake electors scheme?

Ahhh, that's kind of a weak analogy. In this particular case at least. Not apples to apples.

What is apples to apples is the only way for a “delusional” defendant who is found responsible for their crimes to avoid prison is to be declared “criminally insane”. Is Trump criminally insane?

I was strictly referring to your use of the bank analogy.
If Trump honestly thought there was ballot stuffing or whatever going on, and he makes a phone call to have this looked into, sorry, I don't see a crime there. There's a big difference between that and robbing a bank.

Just watch the uncensored video!

The bullet clearly hit an artery causing significant bleeding

Seems like a small hill for you to fight on

Go check the autopsy report

The correlation is very clear. If a criminal is found responsible for committing a crime — in Trump’s particular case working with others to illegally undermine democracy— then either they will either be locked in prison or if found to be completely delusional they will be established to be criminally insane and locked away in an institution.

Bottom line with Trump: Is he so delusional that he is not responsible for his obvious criminal actions and should be declared criminally insane & not responsible for his actions and be locked up in the crazy ward?
