Quote from hapaboy:
We are, supposedly, all made in His image.
Fine.
Yet, even He understands that force is sometimes necessary, and that the weak must be protected.
Otherwise, for example, he never would have allowed Moses to use force to free his people by killing thousands of Egyptians. Nor would he have permitted David to slay Goliath.
Etc., etc.
I understand that you are a pacifist. You are entitled to your opinion.
But you're not Jesus. That is non-negotiable.
Ok...we are made in His image
before time and space...strong, not weak. The strong need no protection. Reality does not clash with reality. Illusions clash with illusions. All of time and space is an illusion filled with more of the same.
Therefore, the first chapter of Genesis can be misleading unless interpreted from this viewpoint. Adam fell asleep...and never woke up. Therefore all this is a dream in which he thinks he was thrown out of Eden for eatin an apple. This is BS - as in,
bogus belief system.
We come down from heaven to earth due to bogus belief systems that cannot exist anywhere else but nowhere. This is the meaning of leaving the Garden of Eden. Each throws himself out, not the other way around.
Outside, it's the Son of God warring with himself, because the belief systems don't work.
The law of perception is explained for your protection while in the BS. Realize that perception itself is twisted, and not part of heaven. Yet, it operates all the time in every situation...it is a law, like gravity. It is an explanation how the matrix works so that you can use it to extricate yourself from it.
You are fully protected within the matrix when you drop attacks, defenses, judgments, and grievances. This is like pacifism on steroids.
It's important to realize that "man", and the sons of man, are not the "image" of God. Man is antithetical to everything that God is. Christ is God's image, therefore man is anti-Christ. Bodies are everything Christ is not, and so they are not real. If Christ is strong, man is weak. If Christ is magnitude, man is small...etc. Man thinks himself a sinner and guilty. BS! Because no such things exist.
What you experience are the effects of an aberration in the mind of the Son of God that we are in the process of healing...from the standpoint of time. Salvation is for the mind...period. Buddha himself noted: the problem is mental illness.
This world is the Son gone mad, made in an instant, and healed in the same instant...from the point of view of eternity. It's finished. Therefore you are living in the past until you forgive him. You do that by forgiving everyone and yourself. You forgive yourself by forgiving everyone, because that is what you are. In the end, you realize there is nothing to forgive, for this world is nothing.
I will address the question of Moses from this context. Any other context is going to trap you in judgment, within the laws of perception.
Know that because of this law, it is not possible to hold grievances. Why? Because nothing could ever happen to you or any Son of God - anyone! - without permission. The Son of God gives permission only in dreams, for he cannot be hurt. He gives permission beginning with judgements, grievances, attacks and defenses...unforgiving thoughts.
This world is meant to deceive your Self...a place where you can be anything
but yourself. Do not trust what you "see" with your eyeballs. Your eyeballs themselves were made to
be deceived, and to see only deception. This is the power the Son has to deceive himself. The eyeballs see nothing but darkness. They are blind, all of them.
Vision corrects this. Vision is the way the sane mind of Christ sees within perceptions laws. Such sight sees miracles everywhere, like manna lying on the ground all over the place. Like coins on the ground, you just pick them up. Eyeballs cannot see them, because they are seen in "light". They solve every problem, and every problem has been solved. You gain this vision by removing the obstacles to true perception...grievances, etc. This reveals the light within you, with which you can see within a world built on perception.
This is because everything you see on the outside is seen within first. If what is within is at war, you will see war...etc. If what is within is innocence and light, what you see and experience will follow. Get it?
There is a "real world" to be seen. But it cannot be seen while anyone is "guilty" from your point of view. This real world is not heaven. But it is beautiful, and it entices you to take that last step back Home.
