Republican presidents have zero influence over what happens in Chicago, or any other democratic run city. The educational system in Chicago is entirely under the control of democrats, has been for decades. Any failure, and there's plenty of it, is on them and only them.
Not true.If you aren't living the gangbanger lifestyle the chances of getting killed is small.Of course there are innocent bystanders from dumb asses who cant shoot but blacks aren't just walking up to blacks they don't know and killing them.A black person living in a middle class neighborhood has very little chance of being killed by another black person.All black people have to worry about being hurt or killed by the police
If republicans presidents sent more federal money to build more schools so there wouldn't be 50 kids per classroom or not cutting food stamps so kids wouldn't be hungry in class they would be helping solve the problem.Trillions in tax cuts for millionaires and billionaires and wars and military spending is more important to them though.
And cops just aren't walking up to random blacks and killing them either, but that's not what you'd believe listening to the media narrative these days. There are astronomically more innocent blacks being killed by other blacks that the random cop shooting.
They don't need more money, they need teachers who are interested in teaching rather than being pollical activists. They need a classroom instruction that will actually prepare them for adulthood in the real world. They need discipline that has real consequences. They need for black leadership to quit lying to them. Them need democrats to quit lying to them.
They profile and treat them all like criminals though which leads to them killing them 3xs as much as they do whites

True, and with the astronomical tax rate in Chicago there is no reason to have 50 kids in a classroom. Where does all that money go? Corruption and Overpaid teachers.
