My understanding is that she still was provided a seat with extra legroom, not just the seat she wanted.

I would like to see a seat map of the plane included the seat she booked and the seat she was moved to.
 
If the other lady was booted from her seat and exchanged so Ann Coulter could have a better one, the press would already have had Coulter hanged, drawn and quartered.
