Andrew McCabe - Deputy Clown

FBI doesn’t record interviews and voluntary witnesses not under criminal investigation don’t need to be put under oath. However, it is still a crime to lie to the fbi even if not under oath.

As to congress putting anyone under oath, that’s a joke. No one ever gets charged with lying to Congress. I think roger Clemens famously told congress he never used steroids.

Oh, I know that standard dismissal the Hillary bootlickers use, that it is still a crime to lie to the fbi. The official media matters script requires that that rap be circulated.

I am not going to get down into the weeds here but the fbi conducted itself in a way that allowed Clinton to conduct herself in a way that obviated the oath and audio transcript. The rules are different for defendants that have been indicted or are officially in custody where they will do an audio recording. That is why Hillary was allowed to negotiate a voluntary appearance.

By contrast you can be sure that they have audio on Mannafort and Flynn and a full written transcript rather than just a summary form that they did for Hillary, or were alleged to do with her, we don't know because it is one of the things they are refusing to release - and is being subpeoned.

That's fine. I don't want to replay that. Let's see the summary transcript or full written transcript for Hillary and call that progress. There is a subpoena out for it. My point will remain the same which is that the fbi purposely followed a scale downed approach that failed to record - even if by written notes- her exact words in a way that perjury could even be established or not established. Thank you Loretta.

I guess McCabe has to testify again tomorrow to the Senate. Good thing you assured me that there was no investigation going on there because there is no independent counsel. I am going to guess it feels differently to McCabe and the other four or five people lined up.

It would be a mistake to think that you can lie to congress without consequences just because technically congress does not prosecute. It can lead to the appointments of independent counsel or referrals to the justice department to initiate criminal investigations, as we know. Also it can limited peoples careers or appointments. I would suggest that the fbi types not lie to congress even though congress will not directly prosecute them for it. You can wake up with your own little "Mueller" just for you, who will prosecute.

Yawn. If the Fox News wrap up you provided of today’s hearing is any indication of how any future hearings will go this is going nowhere fast.

As I said, talk to me in a couple months about whether McCabe is still in his current position or not. You started crabwalking sideways rather quickly earlier when I said that. You suddenly went from "the committee investigation of him has no consequences" over to "oh well he might not be there but it will be for other reasons."

Heh, what a crock.

No. The House committee is being run by two clowns with a history of falling on their faces with investigations. Trey “Howdy Doody” Gowdy is a hack. I don’t have any faith in those guys.

As a have said before, there are real ethics issues here that need to be scrutinized and Horowitz will be on that with McCabe and Ohr. Im not so sure this Strzok guy falls in there as it seem he was just texting nonsense to his side piece. As far as all of this other stuff youre convinced of, let’s say I’m skeptical.

I see. So McCabe will still be there because all the committee and subpoena action will lead to nothing. Good luck with that.

The other thing that you don't think of - not being familiar with how these things go- is that all of this congressional testimony exposes to the fbi goons to perjury which - even if not prosecuted- is nevertheless admissible in action against trump. All of these goons have exposed biased actions and are now presenting lies that are not coming together. Even if they are not prosecuted for perjury, trump's defense team which use all their conflicting and/or biased actions and comments to undermine the credibility of the fbi witnesses both with muellers team and within the department. Every day gives them a goldmine of crooked behavior and comments that they can use to destroy the goons on the stand.

It's a beautiful thing. Keep rooting for them. They need it. So far Comey is gone, Strzok and Ohr are demoted or sidelined, and McCabe is on his way out over the next couple months. Other than that, no problems for them. And then more clowns to be exposed. The Weisman clown, Lisa the GirlFriend Clown, Ohr's Wife at Fusion Clown, and several more fbi and justice department goons.

Meh, what “bias actions” have any of the fbi people taken against trump or anyone, besides Hillary Clinton of course (she actually was)?

Funny you should ask. The Senate is meeting today to talk to McCabe about it, not to be confused with the seven hour meeting with the House earlier this week.
