This was exactly what I was thinking last night, a kind of game theory. But it is a stretch since from what I understand, removing Trump is no easy matter.

While there were issues raised last night and I was excited that we seemed to have finally pivoted to substantive issues (I keep saying that awkwardly because the demeaning way Trump talks about women is an issue), I was left empty. Like I had just had Chinese food and was hungry a few minutes after I had a chance to reflect. Granted, many of these issues are being worked out behind the scenes, for example
It is funny how Trump is perceived by his base as having their best interest at heart. As I have said many times, the best way to hide a lie is between two truths. In Trump's case, this is done repeatedly. He wants to radically change laws to do two things: reduce regulation for him and his buddies, and change the tax code to benefit the wealthy and pass that down to his children. In between, he throws "lock Clinton up" bones and other "change the status quo" rhetoric at his base. The poor saps don't know they are being used.
Trump is no Sanders. Revolutionary people know what that means.
- Clinton and Sanders are working out how exactly to put forth a higher education funding plan.
- You can't really talk about Syria because much of it is classified. It is almost a stupid question to ask. But understandable nonetheless.
- Taxes. This is everything and there is no excuse that it wasn't gone into deeper.
