We have 34% of the nations welfare recipients yet only 12% of the population.
When 34 percent of your citizens are on welfare... if you are not doing it to dilute the vote, your state economy sucks.

Why don't you do the same calculations for conservative states starting with the MOST CONSERVATIVE and tell us how they are the role models for cutting welfare and increasing efficiency.
