American death toll estimate 100-200k according to COVID task force

We are willing to make this sacrifice because we are the last of the great generations who built this country. Who do you think brought you civil rights, voting rights, equal opportunity, workplace safety, environmental controls, etc.? Who was out there in the streets during the sixties and seventies demanding these things? It was the boomer. Yes we made mistakes, yes many became pussified as they aged, yes many became part of the establishment they so hated, yes we fucked up the educational system with radical leftism, yes we fucked up the financial system with too much deregulation and on and on, but we did these things wanting the best for future generations. What most of us know is that none of us in such small numbers is worth sacrificing tens of millions to a world of poverty and despair. We would like to leave them with the same opportunities we had to do some good, make their mistakes as we did, but do it free and prosperous which will be impossible if we stay on the current path.

boomers thinking they're part of the greatest generation..haha

And you dipshits will have no one but yourselves to blame when all this goes up in flames as a result of your bleeding fucking hearts and your inability to make the tough decisions. I'm done with you. Suffer all you like, it's all on you, every bit of it.

This too shall pass as all previous trials of the US. I have my trust in President Donald Trump and the Corona Virus task force and experts. They are doing the very best humanly, possible. We cannot expect more than that. Projections are just that, projections. Hopefully, it will be far, far less because I want to see the ET trolls gnash their teeth and bite their tongues in their frustration. It would be a huge victory for the US if we manage to keep the death rate down if that happens.

Nope, you got a massively free ride off the collapse of Europe's empires and its need to buy American goods after the 2nd World War.

You are the single most spoilt and pampered generation in human history. That's the facts buddy.

It is easy to be motivated when you are being disproportionately rewarded (as a generation) . I remember when I went back to IT after adventuring in very badly paid ranger work. I was on excellent money compared to before, over 500 hundred pounds a day doing banking contracts etc. I worked very very hard as fuck it, cold or hangover not not to stop me getting that kind of money. Being spoilt is very very motivating.

Your generation are delusional about the world, no clue. You have money and you don't even know how a percentage is calculated! You would be in the fucking gutter in the rest of the world ya fat parasite.

If Americans have never traveled outside the US, not talking tourist destinations here, then yes most have no concept of actual 3rd world poverty or the prosperity in other countries.

Sadly we are a pampered, self-absorbed culture.

Most don't have a clue about conditions for most other first world countries. It is incredibly easy to get capital in the US if you have a half good idea or are a good scammer, really not so simple in other nations.
