Amazon.com Announces Third Quarter Sales up 34% to $43.7 Billion

Show me the way where 100 shares of Amazon is the price of a condo?
I would be happy to buy.....condos near me are all in the hundreds and hundreds of thousands...and on top of that you have fees and fees and more fees... Yep that housing crisis back in 2007 and the bailout of wallstreet ...banks...housing and equities has only created an even more uneven playing field... everything is inflated to the extremes...thank you Bubble ben bernanke, yellen and friends for creating the biggest asset bubble the world has ever witnessed .....
I was quoting a guy who talks on CBOE TV clips. Definitely not in area and not in 85% of areas as you mentioned. maybe a trailer. What he meant was 100K for 100 shares of AMZN is a lot of money.

Ah got ya

I'm surprised they did split their stock 10 for 1, if this was 1999 this stock would have done 8 splits by now....and funny how Amazon was on the verge of a collapse and no one cared for it's stock and today everyone is tripping over themselves to get in.....

The Nasdaq had done nothing but gone striaght up...take a look at the semis...new highs again....soxl is up 40% in one month!!!!

Original IPO share would give a cost basis of $1.50. Total splits have been 12 for 1.

Wow....I highly doubt anyone has held shares from the original ipo but maybe Jeff and few other people close to the company....at one point during the dot com collapse you would have probably sold everything knowing that most dot coms were going bankrupt....Amazon was headed there as well....so the chances of anyone owning it from the ipo days is non existent.

All of the pre ipo angeles still have their original shares. Quote from them at a Bloomberg forum.
My kids also still have IPO shared.
