If he's a sociopath then he doesn't care at all about that aspect.
If he's not, perhaps he considers to have done too well in life, financially, and wants to give something back.

For a minute there, based on what you guys were saying, I thought he was taking it with him. I think based on what he's said, he doesn't want to ruin his family with money. I'm sure that's hard for most to understand. Then he's a Democrat, so he thinks a little different than most traders. And he gets to have a legacy, which is a nice luxury if that's what you're into. That's a fairly revealing statement, but not about Buffett.
Your analysis (of he who gained great traction in this biz) attributes his success to misdeeds.
He isn't a role model for gaining great traction in this biz (because he's a WISC).
And your interpretation of *his* path is it's an inappropriate, immoral or unethical path ...to attain great success?
Bravo to Altucher for calling out this phony. He has completely deceived the public. Very smart on his part but its about time he gets called out.

Not every time. Typically I only see it in cases where the facts observed along the way, over a course of a long time, support it. In the few cases where it's not true it's readily apparent or never mentioned in the first place because speculation is expected to be based on facts.
