Alternatives to Esignal?

Personally, I like eSignal and have recently renewed my annual subscription. I only trade ES, therefore, I only subscribe to the bare-bones package. My annual subscription is $900. That's only $75 per month, exclusive of exchange fees. I have had no issues of note with the data as it is almost perfectly synchronized with my J-Trader order entry platform's streaming data.

I like Esignal too.
49$ a month (annual subscription) + 15$ for the ES + 21% sales taxes. Altogether 929 $ all included for one year reliable feed of a good quality and the possibility to fill gaps in seconds.
Also have J-trader.

I am now running IB and Ensign on that computer and I have been blown away! All for 55 bucks a month! Quotes run right with CQG. No you don't get as many quotes. And IB is not perfect (on time and sales etc.). But IB and Ensign is a good combo for any trader---IMO.

Are you using CQG.Trader as order entry or using it to
feed Ensign (i didn't know this could be done)?

For a futures brokerage not to Eurex was and is idiocy. With that aside they were pretty reliable and their forex data is pretty good.

Now you can use owndata2 readymade API from TSsupport
to feed Eurox, liffe, or any other exchange

How come you pay $10 less (actual amount is $85) than
published rate? Are they giving you some extra discount?

Has anyone compared the following nasdaq/nyse/amex feeds?

ESIGNAL vs DTNIQ

ESIGNAL vs TRADESTATION?

Who have you found has better feeds?

I have used all the data feeds and TS is much better then qcharts and as good or better then esignal.

TS is not perfect but there is nothing better that I can see out there.

I have never used the CQG order entry module. I have looked at it and played with it. I do not feed Ensign with CQG. To my knowledge, you cannot feed ensign via CQG. I feed Ensign with IB. Typically, I run more than one feed.

I just left tradestation and went back to Esignal for charting and datafeed---------the reasons are too many to list. I guess the ts customer support person who answered my complaints about freezing data feed and quotes up to 6 seconds behind my xtrader quotes with, "bummer dude" was about all I could take.

Tradestation has been a big disappointment with the 8.1 release from my experience---------tradestations customer service was atrocious in all my dealings------------I even cringe when I see their adds in the magazines............hahaha! :D

I doubt that I am getting preferential treatment. Perhaps it has to do with the annual prepaid subscription or perhaps because I renewed from my previous annual subscription. If this is of concern to you, I suggest that you call eSignal and find out for yourself.
