Some of the most hard line leftists dislike the ACA and for good reason. It epitomizes crony capitalism and does next to nothing to address absurdly high health care costs...Secondly, what is "affordable" about it? A dubious monthly "premium" with absurdly high deductibles...As others have mentioned, it's a "catastrophic" medical plan with fewer choices for care at a price that is probably 3-4x the cost of just 5-7 years ago.
To be fair, I'd have a hard time coming up with any Bush accomplishments either...or Clinton...

Actually they don't. The REAL reason they support Leftist principles is because they believe it gets them "something for nothing".... or at least at somebody else's expense. (They're not concerned from where anything comes... only that they get it and it's perceived as "free" to them.)
Leftists also like the idea that the "haves", the "makers", and the successful are taken down a peg or two... 'cause nothing enhances their esteem more than to have "makers" and "doers" diminished and brought down towards the Leftists' level.)
the right to refuse to pay for (now overpriced) insurance is obvious.
you need to think about this...
a. we as Americans are now mandated to pay money to health insurance companies (cronies not the govt) who upon receiving such an unconstitutional bonus got to jack up the rates on the people who had been choosing to pay for insurance and let their right to not buy it keep prices down.
do you realize your rights and an american to economic choice and freedom were just handed over to the cronies who buy the politicians?
what is the next scheme? forcing americans to pay money to colleges for life even if their children choose to not attend?
b. the right to due process before drone strikes might be another.
c. whistleblowers against the govt... and reporters have faced intimidation from the justice dept.
d. conservatives and pro Isreal groups and individual right to be free from intimidation by the IRS and the govt. which will seem like and issue to you when a establishment Republican is in charge and govt agencies goes after you.
and I am sure I could come up with more.
you are supporting progression to the leftist equivalent of fascism... Cronies running the dems and the establishment republicans...

Ted Cruz is a big corporate sellout, no different than Hillary or any of them. He voted for the TPP and I just lost interest in his campaign.
