That is what it all comes down to isn't it? When you die do you enter nothingness or do you enter a conscious eternity of your own choosing?
When you die you do not enter nothingness, because there is no more YOU!
That's according to you who is very sure of yourself pertaining to the future.
The reason you are so sure of yourself, it's been drummed into you, week after week, year after year by church ideology.
You have no proof, no prior experience, no one who has come back from the grave to tell you, you believe because you were told this yarn, this fear mongering horror story concocted by a sociopathic society called christianity.
And don't lay on the gravvy about jesus coming back to tell you.
Let's dream on for a moment, 1 person coming back out of zillions of dead people, and that 1 person would be none other than christians best mate 'fantasy man' 2000 years ago and written in a book (written by none other than god of the univese no less), rife with big question marks and contradictions.
I got a good laugh out of this. We DO have someone who has come back from the dead, and many witnesses to prove it!!! Paul said in 1 Corinthians 15 (NKJV):
3 For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, 4 and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures, 5 and that He was seen by Cephas, then by the twelve. 6 After that He was seen by over five hundred brethren at once, of whom the greater part remain to the present, but some have fallen asleep. 7 After that He was seen by James, then by all the apostles. 8 Then last of all He was seen by me also, as by one born out of due time.
I saw Johnny hit Amber. I have thousand of witnesses. In a trial court, it turned out that a trial of peers found that statement to be untrue.
So why is it any different for the attic incident with all the apostles hiding in the attic claiming they saw the risen Jesus?

We have a motley crew of deadbeats 2000 years ago who bore witness to the resurrection they claim, the sightings were fleeting.
Now we have millions of christians believing this story on scant information.
Old testament = hundreds of pages.
New testament = hundreds of pages.
Jesus resurrection, be lucky if you could find & fill 1 page of information.
Yet all the christians believe.
