I understand that you must be told what to think. That's what FOX and Rush are for in your camp. I am neither. You should have been taught to do your own homework at an early age. It may well be too late for you now.

When you manage to find a link to the speech, Youtube or whatever, with someone's help of course, and have listened to it, with or without someone's help, then you can ask me your question and hope for an answer. Until then, you can ask, but I wouldn't bother hoping if I were you.

GL PT getting brASS hole to answer a straight forward question. I had to ask him 1/2 dozen times why a Canadian would be concerned with my US federal taxes before he finally responded "he's not". Despite all evidence to the contrary.

Not that brass needs my help. But, again, why do you sink to not understanding that other people on this planet are allowed to have thoughts about what goes on in America. As I've stated, last few months here in the Netherlands, some time in Denmark, hoping to get back home in October. You would be amazed at how much these people know and understand about the U.S. and our entire system. Many are traders, of course, and all traders should stay abreast of the U.S. goings on.
