We currently do offer pre-open trading but on 2-time bands. One is 8:30 and the other 7am. If you are not yet allowed on the 7am band, please email support and request it. As for charting - i will get back to you but I don’t see why charting wouldn’t be available on a tick basis.

Thanks, would it be possible to extend pre-open trading time to more than 7am (like 4am or 5am)? Reason is because some stocks move quite a lot quite early (look at "EYES" this morning, as a continuation of yesterday's move )

Is there any information regarding the Hammer platform? Like a promo video or some screenshots with a description of the functionality?

Is it possible to open an account with the Sterling platform and switch to another platform like Hammer later on?

Thanks, I have had a look, i am missing the 10 second chart in the video: it does not seem possible unlike what a previous comment said. Also, in the list of indicators, I could not see VWAP which is crucial, unless I have missed it. I guess other videos will be posted, important is to understand how to build hotkeys. The platform seems ok, although seems less user friendly than Lightspeed. Would be interesting to know its ping performance versus LightSpeed

Margin is extended even to $2000 account. Starting band is 10:1 intraday and 4:1 overnight. However portfolios are reviewed quite often and depending on risk factors, it could be adjusted upward or downward.

Beware, Alaric Customer Support is pretty poor! They hardly return telephone calls, I can see lots of questions on this forum left unanswered. No FAQ on its web site and seems that terms and conditions are subject to everyone's negotiations......

Currently using their service. So far it's good, registration did take over a week, funding took 2-3 days. No PDT rule and platforms work perfectly since they are using Sterling and Lightspeed.
The only thing I don't like is the fact that I have to call or email them to locate shares for shorting on hard-to-borrow stocks. That can be a pain in the ass for a short-biased trader who wants to jump in quickly and take an opportunity when a stock overextends.
