I created an account with them recently, figured I would share my experience.
Opened up an account, got a bunch of documents to fill out and sending over ID information. As soon as I did that I made the deposit. Took about 2 days for the deposit to go through, once that was done I got an email about my new account, did not get the verification email so I could not trade until the following day when they resent it (9-10am seem to be cut off New York time for support, as it's 5pm in Bulgaria), following day got to reset my password. Resetting my password took me to a blank page, so I had to ask what to do next. Still cannot log into my platform as it kept logging me in as demo, got that fixed up. To be honest there was very little help with the process, stuff was kind of just told to me as if I was expected to already know it. And since there is zero documentation anywhere I did not.
Margin is completely different than Petar stated earlier. It starts at 1:6 intraday and 1:2 premarket unless you deposit 15k+ then you can immediately get 1:10, at 50k+ you can get 1:15. I guess after a while I can maybe get more, but they never clarified how you move up, there doesn't seem to be any tiers or information on how it works. So the margin is pretty much inline with everyone else, nothing crazy or higher.
HAMMER trader is perfect, works for me, I've used it before. Does everything I need it to do, minus a complete equity scanner (scanner only works on stocks in your watchlist).
The speed and everything trading wise is fantastic the market data seems great, but it is an extra monthly fee.
Overall minus the margin which I thought was higher, Alaric has been a fantastic broker and I would recommend them. A few bumps but they all have bumps.
