Al Gore - Democratic Party candidate in 2008.

SouthAmerica: The Democratic Party debate last night it was nothing more than an exercise in self-destruction for both candidates.
It seems to me that both candidates Hillary and Obama are complete damaged goods by now, and neither one will be able to beat John McCain in the general election.
If the Democratic Party canât recognize that fact then they should lose the election in November 2008 and look like they donât have a clue about what they are doing.
Considering that the Democratic Party has a potential candidate such as Al Gore sitting on the sidelines and he could be drafted at the convention â but the democrats can still decide to go with a losing cause and nominate Hillary or Obama.
When Hillary or Obama lose the election in November then the Democratic Party it will become the laughing stock of the political world â since these people canât figure out how to win even when the election it was supposed to be in the bag.
The convention is in August and still time for Al Gore to be drafted â and more than ever he is the candidate that can destroy John McCain in November 2008.
Al Gore can win in November 2008 with a strong mandate.

Listen....this guy couldn;t win after being VP for 8 years, good economy and No war.....he LOST!!! he is a loozzzzzeerrr...get over it..HE COULD NOT WIN HIS OWN HOME STATE!!!! are you high???? he is disliked by his own party as well as by most Americans!!!! Hillary may have dodged sniper fire but this loon claims he invented the f-ing internet...

SouthAmerica: Today Mike Bloomberg was interviewed on the Charlie Rose Show and he gave me the impression that he would consider to be on the presidential ticket as the vice president if he were offered that option.
If the Democratic Party has any common sense left the leaders of the party should prepare the ground to draft Al Gore during the Democratic Party convention, and Mike Bloomberg it would be an excellent choice to be on the ticket as the vice president.
Al Gore / Mike Bloomberg
That it would be a winning presidential ticket in November 2008.

SouthAmerica: There is only one subject that Mike Bloomberg has to agree to avoid it before he is offered the VP position on Al Goreâs presidential ticket.
Avoid like the plague the subject of gun control.
In my opinion, gun control was one the major reasons why Al Gore lost the election in 2000.
Gun control it is a killer subject for any political campaign. Both Al Gore and Mike Bloomberg should avoid that subject like the plague during their general presidential election campaign in 2008.
They are both seasoned politicians and they should by now know how to change the subject when anybody brings up that subject. And good politicians know how to answer questions by changing the subject to something else.
There is no better way to lose an election than being in favor of gun control.
It is easier for the democrats to blame it on Ralph Nader, but at the end of the day one of the major reasons Al Gore lost the 2000 presidential election it was because of his crusade in favor of gun control.

Neither Obama or Hillary on the Dem ticket? Gee, there wouldn't be voter outrage or anything. You'd have BOTH camps pissed off. Gore wouldn't have a chance.
Gore/Bloomie on their own ticket could work though. They would have announced that by now though. Takes awhile to get organizations in line nationwide, no matter how much money you have.
