Are you looking at it on a different timeframe because that does not look too close to a classic double top.
Or are you not considering the wick as part of the first top formation, therefore making the tops closer to being double tops?
Or is there just a heck of a lot of approximations in calling patterns?

I'll post a chart of my morning trades later
+7.5 , played the beautiful down channel 9:45-10:30, made a few mistakes (it's not funny when you forget to change your defaulte size and find yourself with three time your usual size) and missed most of the move braking the low of the day.
Bought the breaking of the slanted W 11:35 for 2 points
