know, when it is better, not to trade......after all the years and decades of entering and then trying to justify the trade later.......i think i may be smartening up....too early to celebrate and must capitalise on it

that does not mean the strategy is wrong....it is being applied wrongly...I don't understand why you cling, for so long, to a strategy where you continually lose! Why not find a new strategy rather than spend years of misery and penury with a strategy that clearly impoverishes you.
i realsied why i have lost money i did not focus on ' inside bars '...now i am doing well....i am happy with my trading
