A list of all scam unregulated 3rd party educational vendors

Maybe I missed it but the biggest scam Ive come across that I did not see mentioned is SOT-School of Trade aka
Sideways Markets, this guy Joseph James sends out daily emails claiming 225Tick+ profits almost hilariously every single day. I have yet to hear from any traders that have been able to recreate even a fraction of his results on a real account as Mr. James will NOT show his Ninja Trader DOM which would easily show if hes trading on SIM or real money. he creates excel spreadsheets showing his trades but thats after the fact maybe someone here has experienced his system and can share actual results, the guys been sued before so I dont know how he hasnt been shut down by the NFA or CFTC

A charlatan is a person who misrepresents performance for personal financial gain.

This charlatan was caught out on a phantom trade by his own words and actions on his OWN video!!!.

Typical promotion....you can trade an ES with as little as 750 bucks with our system and earn...

Cost of the system 3500+

Now go figure...with a capital base of say, 1000...only need to have a 350% profit gain ...WOW!!!...oops...that is to BREAK EVEN for the cost of this 'education'.

Ok...and when was the last time a novice trader had a 350% profit...in a year let alone a life time?

School of Trade videos were BANNED , and still are as I understand it, from You Tube for misrepresentation.

Google SoT and go to the various sites that are featuring the scam artist.

BTW...there were different 3 threads deleted on this site related to this charlatan, because SoT was promoting 2 sponsors from ET in his "schpiel"....probably a matter of time before these comments will also disappear.

When one of those 2 sponsors ...the broker,and a current sponsor to ET and a good ,honest broker outfit, realized SoT was run by a charlatan they dumped SoT and made no further reference to them on their site...

The CFTC does need to tighten up the laws preventing these 'educators' to skirt the law.

He cannot claim he is trading real money ,because he will be subject to audit by the CFTC.

Of course he trades SIM.Actually says that on his page.They all have to use the "hypothetical statement".

When he says he "banked" x amount ,he is probably telling the truth,but it doesn't have anything to do with trading.Probably some mugs subscription.

Can't be shut down as he is an "educator" like all these other parasites.

This guy now has judgements against him in California. For that to happen there must have been very good evidence of illegitimate crap going on. Other forums have cited the case number etc.

Emg, why not check it out and put "JUDGEMENTS" against the SOT name.People will take notice.
 
This is funny. This guy @jerryknows nothing about trading the /es, yet he finds this systrm (which is never described) unsustainable. The comments written on this chart prove that @jerry just likes to argue or complain. Love it. Great job jerry. Smoke another.

It is Joseph Dufresne of Los Angeles and the company is registered in Arizona..

Why would a person use a fake name to offer a "genuine" service:confused:

It is founded by the younger brother of Markus Heitkoetter from rockwell trading, Tobias. Rockwell Trading Deutschland the German branche was disolved last month. Tobias was running the German branche but apparently he thought it was time to start his own scam.

Still using the same crappy strategies like rockwell usa does with tick bars, MACD and Bollinger Bands.
