To come back to the original subject of this thread.
The surroundings of Chiangmai are excellent for hiking in the mountains. I do this now 3 times a week. Along the way I take a dip in a waterfall-pool to cool off. My fitness is allready skyrocketing in just one month. I have allways been slender but at 53 now I started to develop too much fat around the waist. By just doing this hiking for a month, the last time one and a half hour, I allready lost 1,5 kg. When I lose 3 more kg I am happy again. But I'll continue to excercise because it's fun also.
