I don't see the sign of rising in EURO yet. I'd rather wait for now
shorting into a major overbought upmove is the whole point of this trade. the trade went way beyond my expectations, so now i want out with minimal damage, and i'll trade for that resuklt
CAD is up over 100 pips without looking backword, do you expect it to go another 100?
or retrace a few pips here?
I would stay away from going against US dollar at the moment.
U.S. Will increase the interest rate and that's why US dollar is appreciating.
You might wonder why interest rate increase affect US dollars.
From investors point of view, it's attractive to invest in bond that pays high interest rate, subsequently, improves foreign cash inflow to U.S.
I would forget about the temporary buy sell imbalance at the moment because the buy sell imbalance in US dollar is driven by fundamental information.
