a beginner's attempt at the pairs

I'm adding forex to my ever growing portfolio, so I'm going to take a stab at trading a few pairs in a small account set up for just this purpose. I expect to make a lot of mistakes and invite anyone to comment, criticize, and praise as they see fit. All are welcome here.
 
My focus will be on 3 pairs for the near future because that's all the screen space I can spare for the moment. (I trade eminis too, and dabble in oil occasionally)

EUR/USD
USD/CAD
USD/JPY

I picked those for the reason they seem to have a lot of movement 24/5. I'm up for considered suggestions though should anyone have advice.

As I said, this thread is open to all, I'm a beginner in forex and any help is always appreciated.
 
I think it was better to trade USDJPY yesterday but anyway, what profit did you get? What analysis methods did you use to find the confirmations for entering the market?
