Explain the use of those two for hedging? Why those two?
no hedging purpose. They are for speculation purpose. Why those two? because they are negatively correlated through US dollar and they are most liquid currency pairs
some serious gaps come monday..you don't have like 10 days straight hell up ES without somebody taking a profit
This is why I try to close my positions come Friday, I severely dislike dealing with Monday gaps.
