You framed it in a way to make it sound like only the vaccinated are getting ill from it, its a very common tactic, you can see this kind of tweet screenshots on r/conspiracy where they like to pretend that vaccine is the Great Satan.

Look at the bright side, Omicron by all appearances although more infectious is no where near as deadly (actually mild symptoms) as Delta or the other prior variants, jabbed or unjabbed alike. If it’s spreading regardless of vaccine status then it’s just a matter of time before everyone is infected but the jury’s still out, omicron recovery may give us some immunity to other variants without an increased case fatality rate.

We don't know how it acts on the unvaccinated, that's yet to be seen and the sample size is small. Also, another variant can't be ruled out.

But I didn’t, Lester Holt did not report what you posted. I don’t have a link to the broadcast but he simply stated Omicron had been reported in 25 states, most of the cases were fully vaccinated. My jaw hit the floor.

You can get all pissy, that’s your problem. I simply stated what I heard, no ulterior, no bias. Get over it.

Given that vaccination is required to travel and those who are moving around are getting the new variant and the total number of cases is not even three digits, why is your jaw hitting the floor for something so banal? Well, that’s the point. I’d expect Holt/NBC to overplay a point painting Covid as spooky, the need to get vaxxed. It was out of character.

What official narrative? Vaccine doesn't prevent infection, leads to asymptomatic or mild symptoms - most don't even know they are infected. This is breaking news only in the MAGA world who are spreading all sorts of bullshit about vaccines and then dying with tubes in their mouth.
