6 months in, a record low for Trump, with troubles from Russia to health care

Americans give President Donald Trump the lowest six-month approval rating of any president in polls dating back 70 years, punctuated by questions about his competence on the world stage, his effectiveness, the GOP health care plan and Russia’s role in the 2016 election.

Just 36 percent of Americans polled in a new ABC News/Washington Post poll approve of Trump’s job performance, down 6 points from his 100-day mark, itself a low. The previous president closest to this level at or near six months was Gerald Ford, at 39 percent, in February 1975.

Hardly nonsense. Before the election polls showed more people wanted Hillary as President, the election proved that to be true.Polls are now showing Trump has even less support now. Thats not good for a guy who lost by 3 million votes and only won The EC by 78,000 votes.

GOP strategist: Clinton will win -- but Congress won't work with her

Chicago (CNN)Hillary Clinton will win in an electoral landslide on Tuesday, but the political baggage she has accumulated over the past year-and-a-half will dissuade congressional Republicans from working with her administration, says longtime Republican political strategist John Weaver.

"I believe she's going to win in an electoral landslide and be the most unpopular president in electoral history, which is quite the paradox," Weaver told David Axelrod on "The Axe Files" podcast, produced by the University of Chicago Institute of Politics and CNN.
Latest election results
Weaver, who often works with more moderate, independent Republican candidates -- recently with John Kasich, but most famously with John McCain -- believes Clinton's weak standing will only encourage Republicans to ignore the difficult work of addressing the party's underlying demographic problems and instead coalesce around opposition to Clinton.

"Unfortunately, instead of seeing this as an opportunity for Republicans to do a little self-introspection, a chance to look beyond ourselves, and to rise to the moment -- which would help us grow nationally," said Weaver, "the instinct will be to throw landmines, not to govern and to cause problems above and beyond being just the normal loyal opposition ideologically."

Report: Clinton Won Richest Counties – 64 Percent of US GDP

By Cathy Burke | Tuesday, 22 Nov 2016 05:56 PM

Hillary Clinton lost the presidential election, but won the balloting in regions that generate nearly two-thirds of the American economy, a new analysis shows.

According to the Brookings Institution analysis, the less-than-500 counties Clinton won nationwide combined to generate 64 percent of America's economic activity in 2015, the Washington Post reported.

The more-than-2,600 counties President-elect Donald Trump won combined to generate 36 percent of the country's economic activity last year.

With the exceptions of the Phoenix, Ariz., and Fort Worth, Texas, areas, and a large part of Long Island, N.Y., Clinton won every large-sized economic county in the country, the researchers found.

"This appears to be unprecedented, in the era of modern economic statistics, for a losing presidential candidate," the Post reported.

They said Hillary would get 350+ electoral college votes you liar. You can try to spin it anyway you want, but Hillary Clinton lost, fair and square. DEAL WITH IT.

Polls didn't say that.Polls don't predict electoral college votes or give odds.

Actually anal puke, there is a guy named Nate Silver who does exactly that by using polling data. You seem to have a pattern of opening your piehole and not having any idea what you are talking about. Second why do I need polls to say it, when Tony Stark said it. Lets jog the old memory shall we? I was going to find a quote or two, but after readying them I found them so funny I couldn't stop. There are more, PLENTY more.

LOL !!!Trump is still toast

I'll remind of this post on election night,if you haven't harmed yourself when you learned Trump loss

The GOP probably takes back the senate in 2018 but they still wouldn't have enough votes to impeach her and you know enough democrats wont go along.

Hope she go's back after Trump loses

Talking about all Trump supporters who say the election is rigged

You guys whined that Romney didn't fight back. Now you got your fighter who fought back and he's going to lose worse than Romney.

Trump is going to lose on Nov 8th but nothing would make me happier in 2020 than your party nominating Cruz.

New CNBC poll.Hillary +9

And how did Tony Stark treat the investigations surrounding Hillary Clinton. How times have changed.

She has to be convicted of a crime first.
