I suppose Trump is to blame for this cause he got elected. Totally mind boggling is that a black police spokesman doesn't consider this a hate crime, "just stupidity". Well, I got news for that asshole. Stupidity is the foundation on which hate is based. Imagine the outrage if 4 white people did this to a black guy, meanwhile yelling "Fuck Obama" and "Fuck blacks". Then Soros' riot squads would come in and Chicago would be the scene of violent riots and lootings for days to come, reported by MSM as "civil protests".

I haven't. These kids won't be charged with a hate crime. Hate crimes are only for white people. It's a tool to oppress the natural native protectors of the country - white christian men.

I bet you're right.

Statistically, black on white violence is much more then white on black violence. No talk about that? Media ignore that? Yet most hate crime prosecutions are against whites. Statistically, i bet we're being hunted over here. Thats how it feels.

I have never understood the concept of a hate crime. What constitutes a hate crime that did not exist before the law existed? If the man was kidnapped and tortured, then that would be the charge. Since when was kidnap and torture a crime of love and affection? Just about every crime I can think of is a hate crime. Why is it necessary to create a label for it?

I agree. Appeal all hate crime law. Or apply it equally. In todays America, hate crimes are only charged against Whites. It's a weapon meant to silence and oppress white men.

Yep, it's just a childish prank. Would it be a prank if four white guys shoved some black kids head it a toilet? Held him hostage for a couple days while torturing him? The "authorities" don't think it's politically motivated. Would it be politically motivated if they were making the kid say Fuck Obama and all niggers?
This kind of stupidity by authorities, and their refusal to call a spade a spade is why Trump won and why the Senate will have over 60 repubs in two years.
