I'm missing the obligatory sob story about these fine young people being aspiring brainsurgeons, that just got their only big break in life by being admitted to Harvard med school? Now this "unfortunate incident" puts them back on track for a career of pimp and hooker.:(

This is terrible : tauntuing the victims' family.
Criminals will never get it, as long as they do not go through at least a set of sessions like these


Seriously, if your new President of the USA, could force every criminal into these sessions, a big step would be done for the victims, so that down the line these criminals come to their senses and apologise and do what is right - though the damages are already done.
