Not yet but the middle class will rise at some point. The rubber band can only be stretched thus far. But that's their business, I am happy that they are happy with their way of life. I just don't want them to dictate our and others' way of life.
Who is going to be the closest ally to Europe now? China, who is building a trade network aka the new silk road that exclusively bypasses Europe especially western Europe? LOL Or the Middle East whose culture that has values that are the complete polar opposite of everything that Europe stands for? Or oh I know, Africa, yes Africa, the last frontier of natural resources that unfortunately doesn't contain oil and is increasingly owned by again China? Nice try. LOL
Europe is free to look for new and better partners. All continents and countries do that but to say US would hate it is a very comical exaggeration. It's not like Europe is only starting now to look for new and "better" partners. LOL
So is China.
Let's just get this thing straight. US did not MAKE Russia to invade Ukraine. Russia invaded Ukraine all on its own. US has done nothing but helping Ukraine win this war and get its sovereignty back. US doesn't want a "thank you" but a recognition of its efforts at least should be in order instead of the unfounded accusation and paranoid suspicion stirred up by I wonder which country. Which country has been quietly sitting on the sideline trading with Ukraine, and Europe and helping Russia at the same time all this time but is in competition with United States? Which country has its own invasion agenda towards a country that US has invested heavily in and would be able to advance its agenda lot further if Russia wins and/or Europe and US suffers?
The whole sabotage is recorded so it would be very clear in a few days who was the real sabotager if they dare to reveal it.
Wait till oil prices hit the roof and it is coming. OPEC has already indicated they will cut oil supplies and Russia fully supports that. Less oil at high prices. Europe already reeling at 300% increases in the price of natural gas charged to their consumers. Not to worry. China and India will continue to sell oil to the US and Europe at full market prices. This is obviously, a genius move out of the NATO playbook. Natural gas will be hauled by ships now, less supply and more expensive since, you have to pay shipping fees for natural gas. It will take longer to get to Europe too. Massive shortages in supply of natural gas and oil coming to US and Europe. US strategic oil reserves being bled dry by Joe Biden to sell cheap oil to Europe. That is until it is all gone. Another genius move.
Maybe, some people are betting big on huge stockmarket collapses in the US and Europe. Way too easy and lots of monies to be made. Again the question, who stands to benefit financially? This looks specifically, designed to do that. Stockmarket already trending down but, this should make any declines even deeper.
That's the problem with your ilk: who needs allies when you can have normalized and peaceful trade relationships with the entire rest of the world. All the US has been promoting over the past decades is building walls, alliances, and alienating nations against others in order to divide and conquer. This is not in Europe's interest.
Really? How do? You mean with Taiwan? Have you counted population numbers lately? Even if Taiwan is waken by force, which would upset the Taiwanese, in the grand scheme of things it's peas in a pot. China is planning much longer term, something that is simply unimaginable in American heads. Here they think in terms of quarters, there in terms of centuries.
You are creating false narratives and move goalposts. Nobody claimed the US invaded Ukraine. And if you want to win trust in the world then you should perhaps act like a trustworthy partner. Have you done so in Vietnam? In Mexico? In Cambodia? In the Philippines? In Persia? In Korea? In Afghanistan? No, you switched sides whenever it was opportune for your oil interests. Nobody else's twin towers were attacked. Ever asked yourself why the US? Because it constantly interferes in others' interests.
