Very odd. If it's coronavirus related, would 80k infected and 3k dead equal nearly 30 million cell phone subscriptions canceled?

These are Chinas 2 largest providers. Going back all the way to jan 2016, they've never lost subscribers until this year.

A simpler explanation is that a bunch of migrant workers went back to rural areas because of the economic downturn (there is over 200 million migrant workers in China). But that would not be as exciting, of course.

I'd say 10Mil was inline, with that " ERROR " which kept flashing up huge numbers for no reason.

No update on infections / deaths for the 27th yet for China, everyone else has updated, also ODD!!

And remember China was just implimenting the new rule where all phone contracts have to be identified by a face or be disconnected. That will have killed a lot of burners.
