was "Charlie D " the largest local ever down there?

or was he considered the local who in his day did the largest % of total volume

( before he passed away ) ?
 
Charlie D was definitely the FIRST biggest 30-year bond local. He made the pit what it was in the late 1990's. I would say he definitely traded the largest % of the volume during his hey-day, which was early 1980's to a couple weeks before his death in 1991. He was a calendar spreader in the beginning of his career and then eventually moved to top-step and traded outrights (still with spreading mentality). Didn't like the spotlight like Baldwin, Kenyon, and the other big guys.
 
I think the next technical level is at around 3.55 or so, as there is lots of air in here now if we go cleanly through 3.88.

Below 3.60 or so, we will invert the YC.
