I agree. Pelosi said she talked to Geithner 'this week.' We can assume it was probably not yesterday - and we know Geithner said no to the tax in his 5:00 EST interview on Fox Business yesterday (Thursday). So I'm still saying Geither was referring to an insurnace fee on banks and Pelosi turned that around and ran with it...
