    The Brexit Trade...

It probably will go away, recover, and everyone will eventually forget this ever happened. However, that's not happening tomorrow. It will be interesting to see how far low and how far long this takes.

    Brexit and our market open...

Do you see this bear territory will last last last the weekend then?

    The Brexit Trade...

Wow well it does have room to keep going after all (going down...). Now the question is, how long will the bears keep having a party?

    The Brexit Trade...

So my other option is to go long on other individual equities knowing that they might be at a "discount" tomorrow... ?

    The Brexit Trade...

Ok so I still have room to run tomorrow (going on at 2003)... And by run I do mean skydive down with however far down it goes.

Does any Android app have Mobile Notifications for Trailing Stops?

That's what I have been seeing, which sucks because Android devices (hardware wise) are SO much better. Either way I just need something to alert me, not so much make a trade from my mobile device.

WOW. What a boring day... to end with a BANG!

Hahaha THAT would be something wouldn't it.

    The Brexit Trade...

I never said it would spook me :) But as we all know those silly news regularly causes unpredictable market reactions. Couple it with the month's high, and the fed about to release banks report and it could cause a bomb to go off... Or not. Hence why I got out today until I see where it...

    The Brexit Trade...

The crazy weather that decided to come down over there today could spook the market/news... I got out of my long position just minutes ago and going to wait for the opening reaction tomorrow - I would hate a gap down.

WOW. What a boring day... to end with a BANG!

.INX (S&P500) flat all throughout the day until... The last 15 minutes of the day - rocketing and (nearly) doubling the day's gain. Thanks Brexit speculators.

How long to hold "profitable" leveraged ETF?

I guess for me its simply a matter of risk management. - With ETF's I can go down to $0. - With margin I can do down infinitely. Also, MOST (not all) ETF's are quite diversified, which inherently reduces SOME risk. With margin I may be more inclined to go long on a million shares of Twitter... :)

Does any Android app have Mobile Notifications for Trailing Stops?

Does anyone know if any Android or web app have notifications for trailing stops? All apps I see barely have any notification support (and it usually isn't very reliable anyway!)

How long to hold "profitable" leveraged ETF?

That's where I think most people dislike these, of course on the flip side you could gain 2 or 3x faster :) I just see it as no different as using margin, and perhaps even better as borrowing usually includes very high interests.

How long to hold "profitable" leveraged ETF?

Correct but that's true of ANY investment, not just leveraged ETF's... It's just fundamental math and it applies to anything.

How long to hold "profitable" leveraged ETF?

Wow these links are beautiful, thank you so much Ill give them a read! If you look at some of the leveraged ETF's following the S&P 500, you can see that they have incredible gains of 150% over 5years. This leads me to conclude that not ALL leveraged ETF's are bad over longer time frames.

How long to hold "profitable" leveraged ETF?

That's what I was thinking myself... But apparently there's some examples out there where long term these leveraged ETF's earn less (which is obvious because if you "leverage" (eg. compound) losses then it takes exponentially more gain to make up for that negative compounding (if that makes sense).

How long to hold "profitable" leveraged ETF?

I hear about "time decay" being the enemy of these leveraged ETF's, because of negative compounding... But wouldn't it be the other way around if you are "profitable"? e.g. Compounding on your gains? In other words, is it bad to hold on to a leveraged ETF even when your gaining? Wouldn't you...

    $TSLA

It's not just VW either... They might have had an advantage a couple of years back, but I agree, watch out. (As a side note - In MY opinion, their design team is absolute shit. Everything looks EXACTLY like their Model S, I hope they aren't taking nore from BMW and Audi making all their models...
