Well, I know its April 1st now. Does anyone know the new formulas? I know it has something to do with 50% quotes and 50% prints, but I do not know the exact formula. Any ideas?

Hmmm..no takers I see. I know that the SEC has proposed a new formula not for liquidity rebates, but market data rebates (like Tape A, B,C). I just don't know the status of this and when it is supposed to go in force. Any ideas?
