Yes, been trading OCZ for a while now. Here are some things to support the rumor:
- All insider activity (planned sales) stopped in April, which supposedly coincides with the start of negotiations.
- There was an unusually large options backspread trade initiated on 7/13, indicating that someone believed the share price would jump substantially.
- OCZ recently canceled an investor roadshow conference for this coming week.
