Someone please explain this

This ZVZZT keeps hitting my stock scanner and it has a spread that is unbelieveable. This whole week during my down times I look at it. I have seen people hit the bid at around 5 dollars and the next sale goes for 10,000 during market hours. Not sure what is going on but I would love to find out why this stock trades this way.
 
HeHe..Thats the first thing i learned before i started daytrading. My instructor said when you see something like that its a test stock. You see it alot in the morning printing..People use it to make sure their software is working and EVERYTHING IS A OK for the day. Its free to trade and you cant loose or make money on it, so knock yourself out.
