Euronext published a daily statistics file today which included the 16 DEC series. All series, in- at- or out-of-the-money, had an OI of zero. Contrary to the OCC, they seem to use your definition, i.e. there can't be any open interest after expiry regardless of whether an option was assigned...

Yeah, that might be the case. It was Euronext.

I got a message from IB telling me the series had "expired" (which is the message you get when your option is not exercised, opposed to "assigned" when it is). I guess they could have misplaced the assignment notice, I'll see tomorrow.

Some more searching and I can answer my own question: for US options the OCC has data on their website: https://www.theocc.com/market-data/market-data-reports/series-and-trading-data/series-search. At least yesterday and today they did, I'm guessing tomorrow the 16 Dec series will be...

tomorrow's hike is fully priced in. the fed would be crazy not to pull the plug. they might just spook the markets into thinking we're heading for big trouble, instead of having the opposite effect. seem like the most sensible thing to do for the fed is raise rates, but make a few comments here...

quick question: qualcomm was scheduled be ex-dividend on the 5th of december. however, as we now know, on the 5th of december the markets will be closed. does anyone know what will happen: will the ex-dividend date be moved to the 4th, or to the 6th? thanks!

Bob, the Grey Sheets are part of the OTC, but most OTC stocks can be traded at most brokers. Grey Sheets are different as they don't have publicly advertised bid+ask, only last price, no regulation etc.. Most of it is junk, but there are exceptions...

Delisted stocks. Not something that happens regularly, but would be nice to have on the odd occassion that something pops up.

does anyone know of a broker that allows orders on the US Grey Sheets? IB only allows to-close orders (by phone), other brokers either don't allow it, or don't seem to know whether they allow it. anyone know more? thanks. (edited for clarification)

i don't think those are connected. i have to pay professional data fees, yet am retail on this issue.
