I agree with you. Working for one also gives you street cred and employabillity. THe training at a BB firm will give you a super valuable marketable asset on your resume. And the possibility of mobility iks there too.

Oh yeah about the experience, for sure. I am talking about how hard it is to get these jobs....MBA plus CFA, or PHDs, or CAs with tradin expereince, you know what I mean......very educated, intelligent and qualified people.

REAL institutional trading jobs generally pay about 200k a year, and are next to impossible to get right now....MBAs PHDs or whatever with inst. trading experience have the best shot, but good luck. These should not be confused with 'Prop' shops, that generally are more sketchy, and dont pay...
