    Yes, but losing bodyfat automatically increases insulin sensitivity! So you can lose bodyfat any way u like, whether low carb high carb whatever, this tends to burn off visceral fat first and also increases insulin sensitivity, all of which leads to no more Type II diabetes.

    Losing weight (or more accurately losing fat) is all to do with energy balance. Intake or non intake of carbs has nothing to do with it.

    Btw fibre is essential for your diet (try not having any for a few days!). Fibre is carbohydrate.

    It's not really carbs that are the cause of diabetes. It's visceral fat deposits in the pancreas and probably liver. If you lose the visceral fat, you lose the diabetes. So if you went on a calories controlled diet which meant you lost that fat, you would free yourselve from diabetes...it could...

    Bigger time frames (at least 1 hour and preferably 4 hour +) is where the money is. It's safer in that you don't have to use much leverage, you let the market do the work and you don't have to constantly watch the market. As u already mentioned, transaction costs dwindle away.
