I think only a bigot would assume the producers name for the film starts with BANNED DOCUMENTARY. Obviously, that is the opinion of current source that is making it available. The fact you've never heard of the film suggests it may well be banned.

Well the director is not Russian by any means. Not sure if he is American or European. He went so far as to film (re-enact) Browders side of the story, only to question the whole thing when it was done. So the doc. does both sides, after he did his own investigation.
