I switched to long a while back. Still holding from 1.3369. I'm trailing but set target at about 30-35 ticks from the market just in case we have quick flip up and tehn flop down as usual. You're right it's an ugly ride. A small triangle is forming here.

I have a long bias too in terms of a hunch. But I fought myself and shorted since my trend indicator showed short.

Locally I'm short now though.

I'm not sure. This is weaseling its way up. Test of 1.3350 possible but I think we'll see 1.34. Edit: I'm playing both sides. Waiting for the big "trend" in either direction. The downside of this is getting slowly chipped. But a nice trending move usually makes more than these chips....

Well you know me I'm not into too much news especially rumors like that. Like everything else, sometimes they work sometimes they don't. But if you do your homework and sort through news/rumors/reports and then it might be possible to get a consistent edge. I think the trick is to give "weights"...

I see similar spikes in EURUSD both with the Tradestation spot FX and CME futures. Sometimes before a big reversal, there's a spike in the opposite direction initially then the "real" move comes in. In this case, I think a deep pocket comes in and feeds the market initially and pops some stops...

What a terribly slow day it's been so far. It made all these nice clean moves during the US holiday last week, now it's consolidating. We need some deep pockets to send a pulse to the market.
