I am not an experienced trader and only buy/sell shares. I started using Webull then TOS and then IB. After the other 2, IB felt like a DOS application from a long gone era, very sophisticated yet with a terrible interface and charts. Beside, there are charges right and left for services that...

There have got to be platforms in Europe you can use that aren't regulated the same way as US based brokerages. IB has a really old interface that isn't user friendly if you're new to this. TD Ameritrade is far easier to work with and I imagine they have the option of opening Euro accounts...

I will go one step further to suggest the $5B shares Musk had issues back in September was just for that reason...
