Ok,. What does that mean? I thought everything was set for this morning... Will it open sometime today and how do we know, other than suddenly seeing the price shoot up?

It means it is a new issue listed on NASDAQ and they are waiting to open the stock. This is common. No stocks start at 9:30 am on the IPO day.
Ok, thanks for the clarification. Being in Singapore and it's past 11 pm, this means it's going to be a long night for me..
