    We Have Topped

It's a thread about GrandSuperCycle losing it. He has gone mad.

    We Have Topped

reverting to the uptrend with healthy selling. looking at 1375 as the earliest resistance level. break that level, the market will start its rally to ~1500 level.

    We Have Topped

You may be right but the market has yet begun to rally. the first key target is ~13,500. the second key target is ~14,500 both key targets for this year. sell offs/retracements are buying opportunities.

    The Perfect Prop Firm

That's what I thought long time ago. But now, IMO, fundamentally: Business is business. Trading is trading. Academics is academics. Academics isn't business nor trading. Academics is school.

    The Perfect Prop Firm

This is what I strongly dislike about stupid people They harass others with their stupidity. Some do it proudly. Not even stupid people like to be harassed with stupidity. Sad fact alert: Stupid people aren't smart enough to realize that they are stupid. Stupid people should stay...

    The Perfect Prop Firm

(Evidence of home schooling at its finest.) How about a third possibility. Both. A stupid guy playing a stupid guy on the internet. That would be something. No offense. Just brutal truths.

    The Perfect Prop Firm

No offense. Just brutal truths. Three words: Home schooled freak = Mook Probably lives in a small town with the likes of Napolean Dynamite but thinks he is a hotshot trader from a major city. You can't be both. You are either Napolean Dynamite or cutting edge trader from a major...

    The Perfect Prop Firm

So then one has to be able to get the game winning base hit with a 0 and 2 count down by two runs with bases loaded in the final game of the World Series against Marino Rivera at Yankee Stadium with thousands of fans on their feet screaming and yelling. How many MLB players can do that? I...

    The Perfect Prop Firm

That's why trust is HUGE. I interviewed with the hedge fund Millenium and one of the guys that interviewed me said "don't fuck me over". These were his exact words. And by the way, Millenium pays a salary and attracts real professional traders. OMG!!!! I thought salary was for piker...

    The Perfect Prop Firm

I was joking in case you didn't get it. Lucias' post regarding salary and such are most realistic. Most of the other posts are from dreamers.

    The Perfect Prop Firm

Salary? That's for wimps and cowards. Those that want to be traders should move to Chicago with just a suitcase of clothes and a couple of hundred bucks. I mean Europeans did that 100 years ago when they came to America. Look at them now. All millionaires.

    The Perfect Prop Firm

Not gonna happen. Your flavors are expensive. Prop lite firms are cheap. El Cheapos. As for the eat-what-you-kill-no-draw-no salary-nothing deal, it is a raw deal. The only benefit is leverage but that comes with a cost. If the firm blows up b/c of a rogue trader, all your money you...

Lol. Mav, goes straight to the point. I least liked Sterling. It seemed like a shaky clumsy software that had a video game feel.

    The Perfect Prop Firm

If you allow a trader to go that deep in losses, then your risk management is not good. You should have stopped the bleeding long before when you realized that you are not going to recover the losses. Your other good traders will most likely have to cover the losses.

    The Perfect Prop Firm

I will choose decent profit split but I also want the firm to invest in me in some way so that they don't punt me out the door on whim. Of course, better investment means higher ROI. I don't want to be concerned about all the little fees. I am a trader. I should be trading. I am not a...

    The Perfect Prop Firm

First and foremost is trust. I can't trade with traders that I can't trust. I had a nice chair that another trader stole/took and I spent half the day looking for a decent chair. Why so ghetto?

    The Perfect Prop Firm

Yeah, what's the point of this thread. I probably have better odds of winning a chunk of change in Powerball than finding the dream prop firm. You are such a tease.

    The Perfect Prop Firm

You brought up a very important point. Risk managers should tell their traders exactly how much risk can be taken and how much loss is acceptable. I mean EXACTLY. This way the trader can trade without mysteries and with more confidence and maximize risk capital. Location is important...

    The Perfect Prop Firm

What exactly do you mean when you saying filtering out people? What kind of filter do you have in mind? I find that finding a prop firm that has the same background and personality and vision as I almost impossible.

Are you planning on starting a prop firm to put other "prop" firms to shame?
