I've been doing a little chart surfing, and have noticed that these super high volume days often act as strong support/resistance when used in support of other chart characteristics, and can often lead to strong new trends.

Here is a screenshot of the top of my list, sorted by volume.

Jack, I've tried scanning but I get 100's of results. My criteria, >$10 a share, 250% volume increase, and avg volume >200k. What do I do to shorten the list?

But to answer the original Q, I would like to have at least 100k in my account before I considered full time, and would need to make at least 3k a month. Wouldn't do it unless I had a few months worth of expenses in a savings account as well.
